What If Feeling Better Was Simpler Than You Think?

Hi, I'm Guillie.

A few years ago, in the middle of a season of life that was full to the brim (work, grandchildren, caring for my parents), I made a decision. Not to overhaul everything. Just to start adding.

A spoonful of miso stirred into a stew. Kefir alongside the tuna mayo. Sauerkraut on the table. Thirty different plants a week, which sounds daunting until you realise herbs, spices, and nuts all count.

The changes were small. The difference wasn't. My energy lifted. My sleep improved. My skin started to glow. And despite everything I was carrying at the time, I found I could cope. And cope well.

That's what I want to share with you. Not a programme. Not a plan. Just the simple, realistic things that genuinely helped. Things that might help you too.

A Gentler Way to Nourish Yourself

For most of us, food has never just been about nutrition. It's where we gather. It's how we show we care. It's the Sunday roast, the birthday lasagna, the weeknight curry that everyone actually shows up for.
